Caribbean to conclude negotiations on environmental matters

The Economic Commission for Latin American and the Caribbean says government delegates from countries that are negotiating a regional agreement regarding access to environmental information, participation and justice will meet in San Jose, Costa Rica, to conclude the negotiations on this legal instrument, the first of its kind in the region. ECLAC said the Ninth Meeting of the Negotiating Committee of the Regional Agreement on Principle 10 will take place from February 28 to March 4 in the Hotel Real Intercontinental of the Costa Rican capital.
